Let's mainstream menopause.

Welcome to Normalizing Menopause

From Gen X to Gen Z, no matter the year we were born, our bodies are changing. Let's have some honest discussion about what happens as we age and as we go through the reproductive transition that mirrors puberty in reverse. Let's mainstream that discussion. Let's normalize menopause.
You're Not Alone
Without a lot of information, knowledge, or support, it's easy for any of us to feel alone. But in reality, there are thousands of us experiencing menopause symptoms right now or who will be soon. And they've all had questions and wanted answers of some kind. You're in good company!

Define Yourself

Your age, your stage in life, your anxiety, your fatigue, your hot flashes, what gravity has done to your breasts. None of that defines you, even if social media and advertising say differently. Now is your moment to choose the lens others see you through. Now is the moment to define yourself for good.
Give Yourself Grace

It's no secret that our culture tends to favor unblemished skin over wrinkles, slender curves over stretch marks and padding, youth over age. As a result, the older we get, the more we tend to discredit our own worth. But we're here. We're enough. We've got lots to give. Our best years are to come. Let's give ourselves the grace to let it happen.

Thriving Through Menopause

Whether you've been experiencing menopause symptoms for a long time, are questioning whether you're starting "the change," or are curious about when you might start to go through menopause, know that your body will be doing what it needs to. The best way for you to thrive through this time is to understand what's going on and what your body needs.
I loved loved loved loved loved this.

Check Out My eBook

Meant to be the start of a conversation, my eBook is designed to help people understand the basics of menopause, including common symptoms, hormonal changes, ways to manage the change, and ways to deal with intimacy issues. Hopefully it can help empower people as they face menopause, provide answers to questions or resources to find the answers, and offer a way to talk to with medical professionals about the menopause stage.
No one should be made to feel "less than" because of their age or because they're beyond their reproductive years. Instead, everyone should feel strength in knowledge about themselves and what's to come in the beautiful next stage of life.
