eBook.

To make sense of everything I learned as I cast about to understand what was going on with my body (and what else to expect from menopause), I pulled together all the information into one quick eBook. I hope it can be the basis that can get people comfortable talking about menopause, that can offer common language around symptoms, and that can give some jumping-off menopause topics for people to address with their medical professionals.

Common Language

Because menopause symptoms and experiences vary so vastly, we need some common language to talk about what we're experiencing. This is a way to start that vocabulary.

Symptoms

Our symptoms shouldn't be mysterious. We should have as much education about what's going on with our hormones in our 40s, 50s, and 60s as we did when we were in puberty in our early teens. What one person experiences in terms of menopause symptoms can be widely different from someone else; let's understand what we're all going through.

Symptom Relief

We can't magically wave a wand to make our menopause symptoms go away; part of growing through this process is experiencing it. But there are ways to help reduce the impact of menopause symptoms on our day-to-day lives; why not explore them?

Menopause Basics

I crafted an eBook that outlines some of the basics of menopause I learned about in my research. It covers menopause symptoms, hormones during menopause, ways to reduce menopause symptoms, and discussions you might have with your doctor about menopause.
